"Not happy at all. Was scheduled for Monday to get my Chows shampooed. They rescheduled cuz someone was sick. Cool I thought as they said today would be 50% off. So I write down the appointment 4:20 is what they said. We get there & they had it for 4pm. So couldn't do it today. I'm passed. They offer Friday & too busy that day. I will find somewhere else. I really got the feeling they really don't want to do Chow Chows."
