"The rink is beautiful and the staff was nice. But we did the opening time slot and even though we bought tickets online we stood in line until almost 12:25 (we were like the 10th in line). Why are they not handing out shoes 15 min to the start of the skating time? Absolutely wild. It wasn't my favorite experience"
"Had a great time skating one night with the family, and realized the next day through our emailed receipt that we had been charged accidentally for four adults instead for two adults, two kids. I reached out via email and had a response within minutes from Zach, who rectified the situation the same day. Really appreciated the great customer service, especially over the Christmas holidays. Great fun and we will be back!"

"we make sure we go at least once a year! we skate for a little bit but if they’re a little too busy, we get some hot chocolate and walk around the lights for about an hour :) very friendly environment, especially during opening when there are vendors there. our favorite it coned pizza! this place definitely brings out the christmas spirit. it has become a yearly tradition :)"
