"I have never seen such insincere medical care in my life. My mom was brought into the ER in severe pain and there was no urgency or compassion for her whatsoever. I came all the way from Nampa to be with her and they still had not administered any pain meds. The nurses seemed to have some kind of attitude towards us as soon as we arrived. Not sure what that was about. I will never come here for myself or let my mom come back here again. Honestly, the nurse that brought us back should not be working in this field. She would never cut it in Boise. Really sad to see such terrible care for patients in this area. We will be submitting a formal complaint. My warning to folks in this area, STAY AWAY. You’re better off caring for yourself or driving out of town than coming to this ER."
"Took my daughter in for a medical clearance so we could take her to an in patient facility during a mental health crisis she was experiencing. Social worker Adam came in and spoke with us. He told us that we could not transport her to the in patient facility and instead had to allow her to be transported by someone else. He had us sign transport paperwork that was already filled out by him and did not review anything, including the inpatient facility paperwork. I had to run home to get my child's medication and clothing before she went. Adam told me it would take 90 minutes for the transport to arrive. I told them not to let her go until I had gotten back, which would take less than 90 minutes. He said okay. I arrived back to the hospital within 80 minutes to find they made my daughter go ten minutes before I had arrived. She had nothing and was traumatized by the experience. Nurses lied saying they called her father, who said he never received a call. Her stepfather was never called. I was called twice as I was driving, but my phone was on silent. My daughter told them not to take her, and they made her go. It was supposed to be voluntary and they made it involuntary. I asked for the paperwork and was told to contact the records department... 10 minutes after they made her leave. I was left with nothing. An investigation was opened with St. Luke's, who only talked with the staff. It didn't matter the lies that were in the social worker's report. They looked at the information and said, oh, well. I am appalled. Adam Z. is the reason people don't trust social workers. Power trips and lies. I will NEVER for any reason take any of my children here again. And at this moment, we are starting to look into extreme legal action."
"The ER came over to help with my line—so this review applies to them not just urgent care where I posted the original review. Amazing experience! Issue with a bout with diverticulitis and from the front office to the PA to the nurses—-ABSOLUTE TOP NOTCH CARE! I was in control of how I wanted to move forward etc. I came in very dehydrated and it is very hard to get a line into someone that is dehydrated and they worked through that with compassion and care."
"I wouldn’t recommend treatment if provided by PA - Amanda Blanchet most horrible experience. The numbing agent did not work as I vocalized that many times she then said to bite a towel to manage it as I’m getting my armpit cut open at the end she said I had options and I didn’t vocalize my options to her, which I did vocalize that many times, and as you see a patient shaking And white knuckles in pain because I could feel every cut into my armpit. Do you think you would notice to stop if you were properly trained she didn’t seem to care gave No medication for anabiotic’s for the infection told me to follow up with my own provider, and her job was done with her exact words . I will never have service provided by this PA who should not even have that behind her name with the way she treated a patient and cut into her without any numbing medication on board."
"The nurse, doctor and tech were amazing. The ultrasound tech however was rude, unprofessional, told my mother to shut up and after I said something to her she got violet with the probe that was inside me. I will never come here again in case of emergency. I was in immense pain and she was discompassionate, crass and unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if I could just because of that women. It's people that like that that shouldn't work in hospitals. She made me believe that were was something wrong with my baby."
