"I'd give Schwab a 0 star if I could. I have made several calls to try and get money out of my 401K. I've decided to take it all out and close out my account with them. No one seems to know what I need to do to get my money out! I have been told so many different things and filled out paperwork exactly how I was told and again, I'm on the phone trying to find out WHY my money is not headed my way! I'm starting to feel like it's being held hostage."

"I set up an account through this branch because I'm studying overseas. They're getting a 1 star because when I talked to the staff they never told me the debit card they sent me was only good for a very short amount of time. When someone comes in, creates an account, puts an immediate travel notice on the account.... Why don't you say that the debit card is only good for a few days? Thanks to the staff at this branch, I had to call internationally to figure out what was going on. That cost me a lot of money and I'll have to do it again when my new card comes. (The guy I talked to on the phone was great, he gets 5 stars) Edit: I just told you that it's expensive to call internationally and your response is "call us". Why don't you supply an email?"

That has yet to happen and my funds have been hijacked with absolutely no fraud committed and no explanation. I would highly recommend against using this bank."
