"Plenty of equipment to get a good workout. Owner Monte is really friendly and is the person you'll get if you call the main number. Early mornings before work are busy but not crowded. Personal training is available for an additional cost. I've worked with Jose and got a great overview of the equipment, new ways to use it, and how to maximize the time I spend there. He's super responsive to texts. If you're not familiar with the gym, ask for a facility tour when you sign up - it's a big place. Ladies, don't plan on using a locker. The same locks have been on the same lockers since I started there over a year ago and they never come off. I don't know the situation in the men's locker room but I've been told it's the same."
