Labcorp 606 East Seltice Way, Post Falls, ID 83854

"Really need a sign out front other than a piece of paper stating it's Labcorp, like next to the facility pointing to it or a business sign on the roof since the facility looks like a house and makes it very hard for navigation. [For future reference it is right next to the Mexican restaurant.] And needs to state the hours of operation correctly on their website. Website states 8-5 when that is incorrect. It's 8AM-4:30PM with a closing for lunch at 12PM-1PM according to their piece of paper out front. Otherwise the facility is good and looks great, staff seems incredibly kind but could use more individuals working the place, the lady out front looks very stressed and seemed like she was the only one here. She also made some rude remarks in regards to welfare or struggling individuals saying: "nobody wants to work, everyone just wants to be on welfare" when talking loudly with a patient in the lobby and her being by herself."

"Had an appointment, got there 30 min before and no one was there. Called the number and it was to somewhere in Manitoba, CA."

"Website incorrectly states they are open until 5:00pm. I called earlier in the day, no answer. Recording said to leave contact info and they would call asap. No call back. I arrived about 4:15 and they couldn't find the order from my doctor. I contacted my doctor and had him fax the order again. Was told by the person working that the website is wrong and they actually close at 4:30. I asked why no one returned my call from earlier in the day and was told that the phone number on the website was also wrong. I asked if she would mind waiting a couple minutes for the fax but she said she had to close right at 4:30. Another patient showed up and was told that they are now closed. Patient says that the website says 5:00, but the employee told her that the website is wrong. I mentioned to the employee that they should really fix their website simply for good customer service. She retorted that she has told her supervisor but really she is not obligated to anything more. I can't trust a place with my healthcare that can't even get their phone number correct on their own website. I won't be back."
