It is a small intimate atmosphere, the heated space has good dim lighting and a calming vibe, the instructors are very down to earth and unpretentious, and the prices are very good. It is far for me because I live in Hayden but it worth the drive. I highly recommend this place especially if you have never done hot yoga. It’s a great place to start!"
