Instructors are great at modifying for everyone from the beginner yogi to those looking to take their practice deeper. Their classes help remember we are human beings, not human doings and remind that there is such freedom and joy to be found in the present moment. "Two things that make WE Yoga outstanding: 1. Beautiful yoga studio 2. AMAZING teachers!! The space is SO good - you’ll want to live there. I love that it’s on the second floor of an older brick building (elevating in more ways than one!) It has large windows to bring in all the natural light. The attention to detail makes me feel so cared for, everything from the warm essential oil infused face towels, to the yoga mat cleaner, to the spray deodorant (in case you forget like me), and beautiful showers for after your practice.... I could go on... but you should just go so you can see for yourself. Christine and Kelly are amazing, I think it’s tough to find instructors that are both accommodating and challenging but they’ve got it down! They always ask me questions and/or observe to see where I’m at and meet me there. It’s always just what I need - even if I didn’t know I needed it. I love the way I feel after their classes and it really motivates me to keep coming back. Best self-care decision I’ve made this year - hands down!!"

"THIS is a studio that goes above and beyond my yoga needs. The studio has highly trained yoga instructors who guide each class in such a way that beginners all the way to advanced practitioners are challenged to meet their personal goals. Each class has a 5 minute rest after the 60 minutes of movement which I find refreshing. The space is in a easy to get to location right in the heart of downtown Sandpoint which provides plenty of street parking. Upon entering the studio I was taken by the direct light that streams though the studios massive windows providing a calming light; but the VIEWS...my goodness, the views of the beautiful Selkirk mountains add a powerful feel to the entire experience. From start to finish I found this studio going above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this studio"
