"Wish I could leave a review for the entire operation, because I had to work with so many people just to get the application submitted. Almost every person I spoke with wasn’t all that helpful. The main issue was constantly being over-promised and under-delivered on all along the way. But let me cut to the chase, I was told verbally that I was already approved for a $1000 loan — an offer good for 30 days. The only step left was to provide my income documentation, which I did. But then I got a call saying they won’t extend the loan, because they couldn’t verify the income. (I’m sorry, what?). All I wanted to do is consolidate two separate loans that I have elsewhere, which I’m not only making wayyyy more than the minimum payment for them. I pay ALL my bills on time/early. So no loss on my part. I’m not desperate for the money, but they just lost an ideal client. This is probably a blessing in disguise, because I’m sure the credit union I’ve been loyal to for over a decade will be happy to help."
