"I cannot in good faith recommend this clinic to anyone. They do not care about their clients. Our therapist was told how hesitant our daughter was for therapy, and that trust was everything. That we needed to make sure this was a positive experience. Her therapist took her on and then instantly kept trying to pawn her off onto a male therapist. She was told from the beginning that she was only comfortable with a female. Therapist was all over the place with scheduling and getting dates mixed up, then would blame it on us. If she didn’t have availability, she should have never taken her on, knowing her issues and needs. Prices constantly changed. When we told her we weren’t comfortable with a male, she discharged us from her care, giving us a referral to a different clinic who is 15 miles away from us (knowing I have issues driving) and doesn’t accept our insurance or have any availability around school and work schedules. Then she charged us twice the quoted price when my daughter decided not to go to her final appointment with her, because she destroyed all trust. Clinic manager never answers phone and good luck getting to speak with anyone, unless you owe them money. Run far away from this clinic. They only care about the money not the client."

"I had reached out to this clinic early 2023 seeking therapy for one of my children. I received no return correspondence whatsoever until yesterday when one of their providers text me after hours and unsolicited to market unwanted and unrelated services. I responded, admittedly in a much less than kind tone, and demanded she stop contacting me. She responded condescendingly and suggested that I was unable to communicate as an adult. Had I communicated in the terms and tone she used, or repeatedly contacted a potential client after being very directly instructed not to in what appeared to be a need to have the "last word", I would be unemployed before the end of the business day. As a result of the unbelievably unprofessional correspondence I received I would not be comfortable allowing my children to be unsupervised in this provider's presence, let alone receive therapy from her."
