"My mom almost died in this facility. Scary place. Not for someone you love. Mom was sent there from the hospital’s social worker. We gave it till the weekend and had to have her sent to ER. Daily- She was soaked through the bed every day we arrived. She didn’t have the soiled sheets removed for hours so we put them outside her door. Her food never came within a reasonable time (she is diabetic)… One day, I had to ask 3 different workers to bring her dinner. The final worker brought her a tray. I opened it to find it was half eaten with the napkin and fork under the tray lid. I caught the worker before he could get far and asked for a ”fresh“ meal. Glad we got her out of there!"

"Strongly suggest finding a another place for your family member. This place neglects them majorly. The kind our grandmother by denying her the right to go to the ER. Said she was perfectly okay and that her dementia was getting to her. She was never diagnosed with dementia. They were not equipped to take care of a patient like her. Every time we went to visit they were always standing around in about groups of 5. The place smells horrible. The leave supplies around everywhere and the rooms are always dirty. Fight your insurance to find somewhere better!! I wish we did. Maybe grandma would still be here. :'("

"No place is perfect. There is always lots to talk about at the residents meetings. Slow call light response and food issues are always top of the list. Every SNF is all about making money. It is the employees jobs to provide their services to the high standards everyone expects. Personally I came here with severe wounds that took months of wound care to heal. We know our grandmother/mom is in good hands by attentive and compassionate people. That is what matters most. We have peace of mind when we’re not able to be there. Priceless!"
