"This gym is such a refreshing change of pace from MOST gyms. BFIT combines two things I love the most: intense, old school training & a welcoming community. All fitness levels are welcomed, under one condition: you leave this gym better than you walked in. Brian & Tom have done a great job creating an environment that just breeds excellence. Anytime I’m on a heavy set in the gym, Brian jumps in & pushes me just a feeeewwww more reps. The equipment here is perfect, the training staff is excellent, & the location is convenient. The gym also shows extra love to first responders, law enforcement, military, & veterans. This goes a long way for me as an Army Veteran myself. easily a 5 star gym. go see it yourself."

"Joined this gym a few months back and have loved it! If you are tired of the big commercial gyms with a bunch of unnecessary machines, this is definitely the gym to try. All the equipment is actually useful and very well maintained. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and super helpful. "BFITKC is the Place to Be!!! If you’re looking for an ordinary gym, this is NOT the place for you….but if you’re looking for a Fun & Furious workout Fam, BFITKC is the Place to Be!!! I met the owner of this wonderful establishment at Walmart!!! Believe it or not I was walking in and happened to look down at some of the most in shape calves I’d ever seen! Anyone who knows me knows I had to let the person know so I walked up to Brian and said, “excuse me sir you’ve got some SICK CALVES!!!” Brian humbly said, “wow, thanks I appreciate the compliment….my name is Brian Clark and I own the gym up the street called BFITKC, you should come by and check us out!!! We have a family of members who really help those who come achieve and maintain their fitness and health goals!” I went the next week and tried it out and I’m well on my way to meeting and exceeding my fitness and health goals!
