"It has been a couple years since I saw this provider but I have not forgotten about the direction he sent me in and feel it is my right and duty to give a public review. Heart failure was the conclusion and I am here to tell you it never had anything to do with my heart after very intense tests to be sure. The aggravating part is the fear I was sent into thinking what most would think with this kind of diagnosis. I have had to go to 3 providers as a result of my care from him and now I don’t trust a single one. I have shared my concerns with the company he works for and leave this review so you can discern. I have all of my paperwork and notes so I would appreciate no response from you or your supervisors as it had done me absolutely no good to this date and not even an apology. Only pointing fingers at me. My first thoughts of this provider during my appointment were not good and wished I would have followed my gut."
