"The website is horrible. There are so many ads it's hard to know what your selecting. Took multiple charges instead one payment so it was confusing. When talking to staff for help was given snotty answers as if I should know how to work there and not have questions. Moving is already stressful they just added additional stress to my move."

"I rented the same vehicle trailer a year ago and was charged double the price and only found out by asking a lot of questions this time that a day is 24hrs to rent and returning the next day doesn't count as a day if it's within 24hrs. I also found out that if I said I'd return by a certain time, they ask, and was late I'd be charged an additional fee. So if I said I'd have it back before close or at 6 or 8hrs and didn't, I'd be charged a late fee even though it was before 24hrs. Horrible communication to customers to make it completely confusing because they probably want the equipment back sooner to rent out more times and make more profit. Also, I had called and was told that the vehicle hauler was available and so I said I'd come pick it up the next day and that was it. The person never said I could reserve it and when I called the next day to make sure they still had it I was told it was out and would be back at 4pm. I called again later to reserve for a different day and they said they had it in so I went right then. When I got there I discovered there were 4 of those trailers and when I questioned them on it I was told that they said they had them sitting there for a couple of weeks and they didn't know why I was told they didn't have one until 4pm."

"There is such a long story that goes with this review but what matters here is Eric and his team. We could have been seriously injured with what happened to our uhaul trailer on our move. This location is the reason we will make it home safely. They not only gave us a new trailer after losing an axle, but they double checked everything and found mistakes that the original uhaul place missed, and replaced those parts. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I’m not happy with the original uhaul, but these guys are AMAZING! If you are in Boise and need uhaul services I highly recommend this location. They are knowledgeable and care about your safety."

"I was inside paying, and the guy hooking up my trailer broke off my trailer plugin socket. I found it later and addressed it when returning the trailer, but U-Haul never told me they broke it in the first place, lied about the situation and then claimed no possible way for compensation. So now I have to fix and pay for it myself with no sympathy or real apology from U-Haul."
