"First I'll say, I believe Dr. Keller does well on explaining things. And his vibe was calm. Despite my different opinion due to another experience with my kiddo I am looking forward to growing & learning with this doctor. Today was my first visit and it was out of a huge concern, and a confusion on the reason for appointment. First there was a referral sent & was informed it wasn't delivered. Then proceeded to have Dr. Keller as her permanent pediatrician instead, sense there was no referral. An appointment was made as he is accepting new patients. Then discovered there was a referral sent. So today was a bit dull in meeting as we all a bit jumped in without really getting to know one another. Overall, my daughter was his focus & no doubt he does his job."
