"This company will bust your walls and damage your furniture. And then audaciously refuse to pay for it. Their employees acknowledged the damage, took pictures of it and stated they would take care of it. Then when weeks went by with nobody reaching out, I called and spoke to someone in the office who stated, too much time had passed and the employees did not tell anyone and there was nothing I could do about it. They caused as much damage as they were helpful.. There are plenty of other moving companies in the valley. Message me and I will share one who has been leaps and bounds more helpful and professional. This other company was able to get a large desk hutch up my stairs with ease when “Bust n’ moves” employees wasted an hour and then said it was impossible… LOOK ELSWHERE!"

"Very good experience. They were very helpful and very respectful and nice. It's good to have people care about your things the way you do. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to. This is the second time I've used them. 3 years apart. Both experiences were good both sets of movers were very nice. "The young men who came to move furniture from one room to another were quick and careful, so I was able to book the appointment for just a few days after my call. Since our move was just a few bulky pieces of furniture (my husband and I both have bad backs) and took less than two hours, I do wish that the company offered an hourly rate and not a three-hour minimum. I understand that the company pays insurance and other expenses such as gas and car maintenance, but it would be nice if they had a lower minimum for shorter, in-house moves. The movers were great, though, so all in all, I do recommend the company."
