"For the third time.in a row I have ordered stuff for my at home.job and have been unable to work for over a month now because my supplies haven't been delivered. When I called it took hours to get through to an agent and then when I did they were extremely rude and mean. I had stuff left in parcel boxes (the bigger mail boxes of the apartment or neighborhood boxes) and they haven't left a key for me to be able to access it"

"To the lady who dropped off our mail at our door today, because we’ve been out of town the last week. I don’t appreciate you confronting my twelve year old daughter and scolding her about picking up the mail. I also don’t appreciate you pushing my door open and throwing my mail on the ground. You should be ashamed of yourself and your behavior. Treating a kid like that is disgusting."

"They are always friendly and helpful. I'm not use to this being that I'm a new resident from out of state (3yrs now). I've always received all my mail/packages.. which I don't understand how they find people homes with these out of order residential numbers. I'm use to rude, long lines, broken items & One person helping while the others stand around ignoring you, like they don't see that long line out the door.."

"I accidentally sent our son's birth announcements to the our old address in Kuna and I was updated that they couldn't be forwarded and were disposed of. But the Kuna PO saw that they were birth announcements and today I received them with a sweet note from this PO location. Thank you whomever it was that saved them and made sure we got them! We feel blessed. :)"

"I’ve tried time and time again to give this post office the benefit of the doubt, but after so many run ins this post office is just not trustworthy. They never pick up outgoing mail at my work despite them having a key and the flag being up they just pile up the new mail on top of outgoing. One time a worker came in and said there was no outgoing mail in the mailbox despite the flag being up so I had to go out there to show there was outgoing mail in there so don’t appreciate being lied too on that. On one of my personal orders they delivered it to the wrong address did nothing to help me so that was never corrected and I was out a hundred dollars on that. Yet again my works outgoing mail was not picked up and I called and they said if it is so important that I need to drive out to their post office to drop it off. I’m sorry but it is their job to keep a look out for the outgoing flag to be flipped up and take the outgoing mail. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but after constant run ins something needed to be said."
