"Maybe some of these great reviews are more on behalf of the buyer than on the seller. As the seller, we did not choose the title company, and had very little communication from them. They didn't keep us in the loop; almost everything came through the realtor. The traveling notary handed us a copy of our closing statement; we had never been mailed a copy but the realtor had a copy for a few days. When the house closing was delayed for several days, we were informed by the realtor, not the title company. The last we heard was a brief email stating that the house had closed and that was it. We've left Idaho, but wanted to share this experience so that other sellers know to be more pro-active in obtaining information from this company."

"Reading other reviews do not seem like real posts here, We had a bad experience during our escrow. Paper work not signed after closing , Bank calling us to ask us why things were not done right. agents handing off work to other people, things got lost for weeks. Even our realtor in Ontario said this was bad service and we should have asked for refund in the end. We are not like that, but have told others of our dealings with them. * We would not use them again in our future purchases in Idaho."
