" Sardae" waited on us, and stayed cheerful, smiling and helpful through the whole process. A very welcome change compared to most customer service these days. "I mainly go to Staples to use their print shop, but they have done computer repairs for me and even managed to find and install a new battery for my Dell laptop that was 5+ years old. I really like the convenience of their self-serve copy center, but make sure to bring your own USB cord if you need to transfer anything from your phone to the machine as the store does not have them available. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their machines tend to break down more than normal and it can take days for the repairs to be done and then the wait can be even longer afterwards for new jobs as they catch up on the backorders, which can be very frustrating if you have a project you need done immediately. I'd advise not waiting until the last minute to print anything time sensitive if you do plan to use Staples. That being said, they do amazing things with printing and have done all the printing for my college projects, the kids' birthdays, and random projects I've had over the past 5 years. I highly recommend them for all your printing needs."

"Wow! How do you take a sad occasion and make it worse.....go to Staples for printing needs! Last weekend, Staples in Ontario printed memorial pamphlets for my dad's services. It was well written with no typing errors. However when Staples printed the pamphlets, there were numerous! I will NOT recommend their printing services and this experience will guarantee I will not use them again!"
