"Rude and snappy customer service. When I asked to have the package shipped I was told that I had printed the wrong bar code and was instantly told that they would not print anything I needed and that I would have to figure out how to print it out even though I had traveled 40 miles just to send the package. He then laughed and said I could travel even farther to the actual ups store in caldwell if I couldn't figure out how to print the correct bar code since the local print shop was closed for vacation. I do not recommend this store at all."
