"WORST PATIENT CARE!!!!. After having my Dad in the ER and follow up with Primary Dr both Dr's wanted him to be seen immediately by his kidney Dr. He has been a patient for over 5 years by Dr Davidson unfortunately he retired and we were passed on to Dr. Snow. I had left 3 messages starting on 6/16/22, on Saturday 6/18/22 placed 2 more calls. Finally received a phone call from on call nurse who called Dr Hall and advised to stop some of the medicines and call Dr Snow's office and be seen immediately. Monday morning called, no response, Monday afternoon called no response. It has now been 1 week and 9 phone calls to his office with no communication from them. All I am told is sorry you can wait until August 29th at his scheduled appointment.I explained again the urgency only to be told sorry. Today when I called and spoke with Emma (which has been every call taken) she said she was able to "dig" and see a response from Dr Snow yesterday afternoon to schedule him with the Nurse Practitioner. Not sure if they were gonna call me and let me know that. I said yes lets schedule it------July 6th is the first available for an established patient told by 3 Doctors he needs to be seen by kidney specialist immediately. Seriously. Was told if it's an emergency go to the ER, well duh but who do you think suggested he be seen by Dr. Snow. Communication is horrible with this place. Loved Dr Davidson not so much with Dr Snow. In the meantime I will be looking for a new kidney Doctor. This is unacceptable patient care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
