"Been getting service from icp since 2014. Customer service has been up and down but recently seems to have gotten worse. Amy is very nice and polite though! Between not listening to instructions, filling tanks way past what we asked for, having no emergency delivery options, poor customer service and having to deal with a jerk of a propane service manager Ron we are done. After this last delivery we will be switching to AmeraGas. I whole heartedly believe in supporting local over big corporations but not in this case, enough is enough. I don't appreciate the zero effort to deliver in a emergency situation in the middle of winter. If you have the option, DONT GO THROUGH IDAHO COUNTY PROPANE!"

"Energy assistance paid 1,000 for propane. You delivered once to r.v. You said we needed a tank. We finally organized a tank to be paid for now you won't deliver because of snow. What the heck were freezing. The mail man comes every day so does ups and garbage man weekly. You have been rude. And very hard to deal with."

"We rented a 250 gal tank to run our 5th wheel while we built our house. Now that our house is almost complete and we are only going to be using a cooking stove and water heater, we have decided we didn't need that big of a tank. Scheduled to have a smaller once delivered only to have the manager Ron, tell me he WILL NOT switch out the tanks! What kind of customer service is that?! I do not want to pay a fee for a big tank that we might fill up every 2 years!! I do not appreciate being treated like a child!!!"

"Well we had a good relationship with then covid happened and when dropping off payment they were closed to the public. So I went home and called about where do we make payments and how gas was wasted. She was very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE WHAT A POOR EMPLOYEE SHE IS. FIRST TO BE OK TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT WHEN DID THAT BECOME POLICY!"

"I bought my house a year and a half ago. It came with the propane tank filled. I had to reimburse the seller for the cost of the propane in the tank, but nothing was ever switched to give ICP my contact info. I only have a small propane stove that's used for heat, and I still haven't used it all. I've had no agreement with ICP and I am not technically a customer. They've been banging on my door demanding two $75 fees for the two years I haven't filled the tank, and went so far as to call and lecture my husband today. I called the office and they will now be taking my tank (and did not offer to refund me for whatever propane is remaining in the tank or establish new business with me). No apologies were made. No one attempted to make any contact with me until May 2017, and I've been here since July 2015. Obviously since it's the summer and I only use my tank for heat, the least of my concerns is filling my tank during these hot months. I will be switching to a different propane provider and eating the cost of whatever propane I lose."
