"Terrible. Super slow, especially in drive thru. Have even sat and watched the manager and another employee talk while I waited and was ignored for 10+ minutes. They do not value their customers or their time and make no efforts to do better."
"Lately this location specifically has been lacking. Today I went through the drive thru to deposit some checks and it took 5-10 minutes for someone to come over and help me. It seemed like he was the only one working? Not sure why there isn’t a sufficient staff at this location. The last time I came by the ATM machine was down. I don’t know it seems like there’s always something every time I come to the Post Falls location, I would prefer to go to Coeur D’Alene from now on."
"A massive thanks to Chelsea and Jalynn over there. I presume we've all had our misgivings about almost any bank account and this one has been about the minimum you'd expect for me, they've been very easy to work even about 6 years since I've left Idaho and still maintained an account. That being said, I am in the midst of closing my account simply due to it being more practical to deal with checks and not have to deal with processing, and wanting to reduce my accounts. In the midst of this, I had a financial fiasco happen of multiple tiny transactions charge to this account when it was empty, resulting in a very hefty overdraft fee total for each individual overdraft gaining a $30 fine. They heard out my plight, and I don't know if they just understood that I had made all the effort I'd thought necessary to make sure this account wasn't going to receive those charges but had made a mistake, or if they knew it was going to be too much of a financial blow for me to easily pay back, but they granted me the grace of removing those fees as long as I could pay the actual initial transactions. And since they did this while knowing I was leaving their business, I feel like they really were good folks not looking to just make money off me. Great folks."
"They do not understand the difference between Durable Power of Attorney and/or COURT APPOINTED CONSERVATOR!! They have made the handling of my grannies estate very difficult and now that she has passed, dealing with this bank has been additionally painful. They didn't honor the court documentation in the local branch, they had no idea what to do EVEN though it was laid out in front of them. I left in tears several times because their staff was not trained correctly in what these documents mean. It was very stressful. I am now facing having to file additional court documentation due to their lack of knowledge and unnecessary oversight while she was still alive. My granny had Alzheimers, this bank is awful. I will never bank here. I have three savings accounts for my kids here. I am moving them. Also, the drive-through takes forever, even when they are not busy. I don't mind waiting, but they don't make the drive through priority. I stopped going through the drive-through, it was faster to go inside."
"I've been stationed overseas in Europe for the past 2+ years, and I let Global know of this multiple times before I left as well as multiple times since I've been here. All was fine for awhile, until today when my debit card was taken by an ATM at a German bank. I found out that my card had been blocked and discovered that, once again, Global had failed to annotate in my travel notes that I'm in Europe. Thankfully, I was able to get my card back, and as for getting the block/restriction lifted, it took two phone calls to Global Credit Union to complete the task, when it should have only taken one. Once I return to the states, I will be switching banks."
