"I just had them cater two WSU events for the EECS department. The first was a banquet of 150. They were early and presented so professionally. I was so surprised by how efficient they were in their technique. They even have linens! The food was super yummy it literally melted in my mouth! They cleaned up after my guests leaving no stress at all on them, then my guests were off to the dessert stand and loved every bit of it! My faculty, staff, and students were fed rather well with such a smooth transition in between. The tear down went well and everyone seemed in such great spirits! My second event was significantly smaller with only 15 humans. Happy Day catered the event with only one human to man it. I was worried but he did so well on his own, I was so impressed! He had everything all set up and tore down all on his own. And the buffet was just a delicious as the first event! He even had to-go boxes for us to take some with us. He was very professional and fast! I will most definitely be using Happy Day Catering again and will be recommending them as well!"
