"I am expecting a shipment that is lost in limbo. Really nobody's fault, just bad luck and miscommunication. It was redirected to this location and the tracking information was ambiguous. I stopped in to see if by chance it was there. A very friendly young woman - I think her name was Maia - asked how she could help. When I explained my situation she knew exactly who I was, had paperwork on the situation and explained that there were multiple weather related delays but it should be coming soon. I said I would try back next week and she offered to have it shipped to my home instead. I was astonished that Maia remembered my package among the thousands they must deal with at this location. Her friendly can-do attitude was so impressive. I hope UPS realizes what a gem of an employee they have and rewards her. Thanks for making my day Maia!"

"I have had to come here once or twice before to pick up packages that have not been able to be delivered to my rural home address. They are nice and friendly. The only issue I have is that everyone else who live on my rd receive their UPS deliveries but every time UPS has a package for me to deliver there is always an issue delivering it. Recently I replaced my phone and was supposed to get it delivered the very next day. Well that never happened due to some issue again. It really makes me upset that UPS cannot deliver to me without some type of problem. That’s all."
