Friends University: Friends Village

Friends University: Friends Village is a student housing institution located at 628 South Hiram Street in Wichita, Kansas, United States. It offers independent living for students who are at least sophomore status, with all utilities included in the rent. Residents can enjoy the convenience of not having to worry about separate bills for electricity, gas, water, and internet.

With approximately 90 students living in the apartment complex, Friends Village provides a community-oriented living environment. Resident Assistants organize social activities to promote a sense of community among the residents. All resident students are required to purchase a meal plan for dining on campus.

Each apartment in Friends Village is carpeted and equipped with blinds on all windows. Residents have their own bathrooms and either a patio or deck. The university covers the cost of water, trash, electricity, gas, and internet for all residents.

Roommates are initially assigned based on requests from the residents, with Residence Life stepping in to match roommates based on compatibility if no preference is stated. Residents are allowed to decorate their rooms as they please, as long as their decorations adhere to Community Life Standards and housing guidelines without causing damage to the apartment.
