"I have had several packages I never did receive in past, after other day I wonder how a smaller post office could possibly be so unorganized and not find all your mail they will hold for you for pick up, it happens I guess. I hope that I can trust my postal services and they should make an effort to try and be organized when holding an address or persons mail it should be all in one bin no matter the amount or maybe have a package bin that's a bit larger for held mail at least keep it all together. Most the time I don't have problem but when I get a notification on all my mail when it arrives to my post office I should get it in mail and hasn't always happened."

"I LOVE this post office, they go above and beyond! When I go inside the office they greet you with a smile. I have a package that is being delivered tomorrow and they're letting me pick it up today! I also never had issues with delivery. All these one stars are sad, they are great!"

"Why is it so hard for the carriers and postmaster to just do their job? We went for an entire week not receiving any mail. I went down to the post office and left my name and phone number for the postmaster to call me about the issue and it took me filing a complaint with USPS directly before I ever received a phone call from her. When packages need to be delivered, the carrier doesn't even get out of the vehicle to see if anyone is home, just leaves a notice in the mail box. I was home the entire day and never had a knock on my door! I went online and rescheduled a redelivery and put the notice in the mailbox asking for redelivery. The carrier didn't even have the packages on the day I requested redelivery. Again, I had to go to the post office to talk to the postmaster. The postmaster said she even saw the scheduled redelivery but then said she missed the packages because she thought they had been picked up! Why would someone schedule for redelivery but then come in and pick them up instead?! It has been nothing but a headache with this post office, carrier, and post master!"

"Horrible mail carrier. Won't deliver packages up our drive (it's a long driveway) in the winter said the road was too bad. Now it's nice weather and she has the same complaint. No other delivery services have a problem. Also is telling all the people on the route that the mail boxes that have been in place for several years are "too low" and need to be raised 16-18 inches. Sounds like she doesn't want to work and just wants to finish her route as fast as possible."

"The mail carrier is not reliable at all. Had a package that said it had been delivered and couldn't find it anywhere. Called the post office and come to find out the mail carrier went inside of the shop at the back of the property and put the package inside. The excuse was they didn't know where the house was. Are you kidding me. The house looks like a house and is facing the road. Makes me wonder if they took anything from the shop or was casing the place for later. She also puts packages in our 4 runner that we never use because I believe she's too lazy to bring it an extra 50 feet to the house. Just found a package today in it that has been there for at least 5 days. When we checked on the package last week to see when it was supposed to be delivered it said the package had been sent back because it was undeliverable for a bad address. These are just 2 of the problems we have had. I have called and complained about this person and not sure why she still has a job. Will be calling again Monday morning to complain about this last episode."
