"Worst Customer Service Experience Ever! My order was place 1/26 for an item listed as IN STOCK, with a 2-3 week ETA. I waited till 2/25 to reach out only to find out that the item was “discontinued” on their website. I spoke with Jeff who insisted that he has not been able to contact the manufacture for 4 months and wanted to cancel. I spoke with manufacturers and got a direct quote the day I placed my order, but decided to order via GunSafes because IN STOCK status. I also called / got a hold of manufacturer’s customer service via hotline the day I spoke with Jeff, who apparently had no contact with them. No transparency at all. Will never do business with GunSafes.com again."
