"Richard Andrus is a horrible and unprepared attorney. He worked against our best interests and only was about getting paid, even if it meant lying to the client to do so. Hiring him weakened our case because the work he was billing for wasn't getting done. This cost us a massive financial loss at the table. He was deceptive in order to keep our case going. He gave advise that served to inflate his billable hours and gave the defense an easy foothold. He is qualified to do paralegal work at best. He is not smarter than you. You have been warned.
