"I really liked our doctor at this facility. I never write reviews, but Washington has crazy rules when your child turns 12. You can no longer have access to any of their chart, labs, chart notes etc and they don’t want you in the room. I can understand that at 16 or 18, but 12?! My daughter already gets nervous going to the doctor. We will be moving to an Idaho doctor. I already called and they commented that they actually want the parent a part of their child’s health and life until 18. Shocking!"

"We have been going to this office for about 6 years now and we love it. Dr Shane Carson is the best doctor. He use to be my doctor when I was a child and now he’s the doctor to all three of my children. Very nice and genuinely cares about your little ones."

"I’ve been on hold waiting to speak with someone for over an hour. Either they are really that busy, or my phone number is being screened. This long of a wait time is a bit much. Agreed to the other reviews..Front desk women staff are terribly rude. Especially that older, smoker looking lady. Can’t stand her. Looking elsewhere for a pediatrician. My son has had this same doctor for 9 years. But COVID changed all your customer service."

"Very unfriendly staff (the doctors s we’re very nice sadly their staff ruins the experience ) very unfriendly and unprofessional. They canceled my kids appointments behind my back with no notice on multiple ocasions and I only found out and was able to reschedule because I called my self on a separate matter and happened to confirm appointment times only to be told they were canceled. Because the dr left or something like that. . but when we missed the one appointment we were canceled and received a very unfriendly certified letter (very extra ) as though we missed the appointments on purpose they took incredibly personal and we were told they couldn’t trust us and did not want a relationship with our family because we missed an appointment . I have twins their missed appointment counts as two. It felt very vindictive . Their approach to us making an honest mistake due to having twin newborn babies as well as three other children . Entirely unfriendly experience but I am very happy they canceled out appointments i would not want to go to such an unfriendly and rigid facility. I regret transferring because our twins were born at sacred heart . Big mistake huge and a huge waste of time !!! I would not reccomend this office to any busy family of young children because they clearly don’t understand that life happens ."

"The care here is very inconsistent. I've been bringing my three children here for 4 years now. We felt we had good service and communication in the beginning and over the last year or so it's becoming hard to communicate with the front desk. Rude ladies on the phone. No urgency to help with important needs. And when brought up to the doc. Was told, "they have a hard job." I am taking my children somewhere else for care going forward and would not recommend this office to anyone. Fix the front desk and you may fix your reputation."
