"Dr Barnhart and Jesse provide amazing service. Jesse, as usual, has the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. He loves his job and it shows in how he cares for his patients. Dr. Barnhart is amazing. She takes the time to explain to me about my eye condition and what I need to do to maintain good eye health. She knows a lot about Macular Degeneration and I know I am in good hands. The gal that helped me get fitted for my new glasses today was awesome. She let me know what was a good fit for my face and what was not and I really respect her for helping me and being honest. The staff are all friendly and I highly recommend them.Thank you for excellence service once again."

"I didn’t get to even finish my doctor appointment, my eyes were still dilated. I had to leave for work. I have no other choice. I already been there 2 1/2 hours I did not even get any paperwork or in my new prescription to purchase glasses somewhere else because their glasses or frames were 200 and above they had cheap glasses, but in the dark room in the back I guess you missed the point I was there from 1 o’clock till 3 o’clock. The doctor said that many people have canceled. I would’ve been understandable if they told me that it was gonna take a little bit today but nobody told me that it just ridiculous. how long it takes for an appointment and it was more than half an hour for my dilation. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to see my eyes."
