"Greg Ferney does not represent his clients the way a good defense attorney should. We ask him to contact witnesses, he doesn't. We ask him to address specific items with the court, he doesn't. When he does address the court, if the prosecutor declines his request he just says okay. He doesn't rebuttal or try to fight for his clients. He tells them to plead guilty and take the plea deal. He was a real estate lawyer and now wants to be a prosecutor. He doesn't care about his clients only looking favorable to the prosecutor. He should be disbarred"

"Don’t forget the house always wins, was going to use public defender for small incident with the CPD. My rights were violated and I was roughed up and I filed excessive force complaints . Then my public pretender offered me “dropping the disorderly but keep the resisting” if I would of done that the excessive force complaints would of went out the window. Who’s side are they really on!!"

"Brigette she might work there as a public defender but I have 2 say she is the best attorney in Idaho first I paid an attorney over $9,000.00 just for him 2 do nothing but screw up my case so I had 2 let him go I couldn't afford to hire another attorney the court appointed Brigette for my daughter in this same case so she was not only helping my daughter alot she was willing to help me alot.If anyone gets her they are so lucky.."

"I only have dealt with the office staff and one attorney, Mr. Ferney. He was appointed to represent me on a pretty serious charge. I was very reserved when I heard the words public defender. Sometimes the public defender is obviously working for the state and not the clients best interests. After talking with Mr.Ferney, I felt very comfortable that he was on my side and was going to do the best job for me. I haven't been to trial yet but everyone in the office has been very helpful. They have always answered an returned my calls. Never once had a bad experience with them.I do appreciate the help as I'm very nervous about my charges."
