"Just completed a transaction in the drive-thru at the PTM and it amazes me how many times I've used the PTM's and how untrained the staff. Mckenzie who works for the PTM department was extremely rude, unprofessional and isn't knowledgeable in her position. Certain departments need to take accountability for certain transactions and stop passing down the work to areas who have no business talking about said transactions."
