"Worst customer service ALL TIME !! I am a trucking co now 17 yrs and was a customer for years. They took over RMIS and if they say you are not a valid carrier, with no information to back them up. Well, then you are a fake carrier to them and they inform brokers as such. I am quite sure they have legal liability for this nonsense !!! DAT is way better. I was on hold 3 hrs. Was hung up many times. Cannot deal with their stupidity ! I am going to contact an attorney. Defamation is illegal !"

"The first couple years ITS was good but a few years ago they started changing things on the website and attempting to fix what wasn't broken. The last three years they've been ripping me off by selling me a defective product. I seriously hope a class action law suit is brought forth one day. Don't even get me started on all the flawed false data they like to push like lane rates, broker credit scores and truck/load ratios. They're all lies. ITS is nothing but one big giant scam. Cancelled my account today and it felt great!"

"We have been trying to activate my loadboard account for six hours now. The inability to self-serve online is painful and we have been traded between seven different agents with no outcome. We started this effort at 9AM. As of near 4PM we have 2 hours of phone/hold time logged and three failed callbacks, we are still in the same place we started. It seems there is only one person in the organization authorized to do things most other companies allow the user to do on their own. I love this company's product and they helped change the industry, but rule number one of modern business is make it easy for people to give you money."
