"I love how when I use my card I don't use daily, they flag it as fraud. It could come in handy, except it happens regularly and they request I come in to prove my identity. If I am providing them ALL of my information via phone and they still need me to leave work to show them my ID, there must be a flaw in their security system. Use idaho central credit union."

"I have had multiple accounts with them for more than six years. Like every business there is some staff turnover, but a lot less here than anywhere I know. Everyone is very cordial AND knows what they are doing. Everyone has had great prior job experience and brings their "A" game to work everyday. Several other reviews were critical of an ad campaign (that is not this branch, or even an Idaho decision). Another review is critical of a transaction and condemn s the whole bank....get a life. You won't find a better organization or group of employees."

"Horrible customer service. Lied saying I just drove off before she deposited my check. What actually happened was I said I don't need a receipt because I could look it up on my phone. She got the check looked up the account and then said ok you are all set. I said ok thank you and then left. Later.... I find out they put a hold on all but $200 of my check. Tried to go back and talk to them and some guy comes to the drive through window and says we tried to tell you but you just drove off. I told him no she told me I was all set. I've deposited many checks with them like this one and not had this issue. He proceeded to try and argue with me. I told him I would just speak to his manager Monday. Rude, dishonest, and no customer skills what so ever. Not people I "Trust" with my money anymore."
