"My daughters took Melanie's jazz-tap, ballet, hip-hop dance class for the 6th-8th grade group and they really enjoyed it. The choreography was fun, technical, and challenging without being frustrating for them (they were beginners)! Classes involved stretching and conditioning, as well as the dance lessons themselves. The studio is large, open, airy, and a pleasant place to be. Melanie posted free dance lessons for the community on the studio's Facebook page during the pandemic stay-home order, which are lots of fun, awesome exercise, and suitable for any age group--we looked forward to them every week, and it was such a great reach out during a challenging time for the community. Recital costs are so reasonable because costumes are rented. Class prices are affordable. She allows her students to explore their talents.
