"Super nice when you go to borrow money. But the customer service you get just to pay your bill is wretched. The employees have no customer service skills. Everytime I've been in there I'm greeted with "what are you here for" in a very condescending tone and treated like its an inconvenience to take my money. I can not wait to get my money out of their hands."

"my last experience I had wasnt the best or the worst but could have gone above and beyond there are days that I receive decent to pleasant experiences but over time I have noticed an increased random infrequent customer friendly interactions at each of my visits. this last time it was like I wasnt there, the teller talked amongst her coworkers while not interacting with the #1 important person in the building, the customer. from experience, I know that this is bad practice from a great customer service stand point. ive been banking with MWB for several years and this is just an observation. my recommendation would be to, train/retrain/remind the tellers about giving great service, go above and beyond, from the moment the customer walks into the door till the time all customer questions and needs have been met. Do this and watch all the 5 star ratings come pouring in."
