"Eventually the estate was settled. Do not expect any return from retainer, especially when they charge you to call them to remind them about deadlines that they should know. In my opinion they come across as small town and somewhat disorganized, chiding ME for jumping the gun as executor AFTER the fact rather than giving actual guidance, you know, the sort of thing you pay a lawyer for, legal advice. Three thousand dollars for a basic estate settlement with a will and zero complications is a bit steep considering I spent less last time through another attorney here for a more complicated estate settlement with no will in 2013. When the probate time was up I was told I needed to wait another two months for absolutely no reason. I will not use this service again under any circumstances. If you are looking for timely, efficient and reasonably priced keep looking."

He used to work for my daughters mother's attorney so he was coercing me every step of the way to give her what she wanted. When I didn't want to go along with her demands he dropped me claiming "ethics reason". He has not refunded me my money and in fact I am going to the idaho state bar association to have his license removed. If you want to be taken for every dollar you have, see this guy for your problem."
