"Please DO NOT deal with a staff member named Spencer at the UHaul Moscow, ID. branch! She is rude beyond words! She speaks curtly! No eye contact ever when we spoke to her. One word answers to every question we had (while she continued to stare at the computer screen, hand on the mouse, as opposed to looking at us while speaking). Never smiled. She is either racist or just hates people period!! I've lived on The Palouse for more than a decade and often dealt with this branch. OK service has never been great. But this time I feel a review has to be written. No UHaul rental is free. Why not serve customers with at least a little bit of respect???!!"

"Every time that I have used their services they overcharge me for no reason and there is never any way to appeal (he said-she said where they say whatever you wanna hear to get you out of the store but you never get the benefits; had 3 different people tell me that I will get reimbursed 50$ for a rescheduling of my reservation and they ended up overcharging me 50$ for "not filling up the gas the right amount" even though I filled up the tank all the way up). The manager's job is to walk into the store every 30 minutes and shout at her workers who clearly do not want to be there. I have seen customers who don't speak English trying to plead their cases to workers that simply ignore them. Everything about how this local is being managed is messed up and I hope that the manager reads this and realizes that bootlicking at the cost of the satisfaction of her customers is not the way to run a bussiness. Stay classy, whatever your name was."

"Probably the worst business I've had to deal with in Moscow. They overcharged me for an extra day because I didn't check out the truck I returned at night. When I went to pick up the truck earlier, the store clerk explicitly told me that I didn't need to do anything when returning the truck. But I tried to checkout anyway on their website - it wasn't working. Tried calling them - no response. Called them early next morning. The manager Brittany cut me off and put me on hold as I was explaining my situation. I waited for almost 10 minutes before hanging up. This happened twice. I gave up and went to their store to talk with them. By then, they'd already checked out and charged me for the second day. Horrendous customer service. The manager and her girlfriend are the most obnoxious and rude people who are happy to rip off people. I would avoid them at all costs. Better to go with Penske or find someone with a pickup truck in town."

"My experience met basic expectations- phone was answered when I called; hours of operation were consistent with what’s posted online and on the door; I was greeted and treated with professionalism and courtesy. Nowadays when those boxes are checked, we call it exceptional service! Amazing.! However, here the general manager was on hand keeping things running like a well oiled machine."
