Reviews
"Apparently no one in the office knows how to use a phone. After repeated calls getting a voice mail and asking for a call back and receiving nothing I am disgusted with this joke."
"Very hard to get an appointments. But when you get to see an attorney they are awesome. So glad this agency is there to help people."
"Daughter could really use some help and no one available"
"I contacted them twice and spoke to the receptionist both times. I am going through a custody issue and need help. I was referred to legal aid so I called the number that google gave me. The receptionist was very short and curt with me. I explained the situation, and she simply asked me if I was a victim of abuse. I said no, and she informed me that there was nothing they can do for me unless I was abused. I thought that was odd, so I did some more digging on there website and saw that they do family law for Native Americans. That was great because I am Native American. So I called the number associated with Native Americans on their website. I got the same woman again. I explained to her the situation again. She told me the same thing. I advised her that I am Native American, and she told me that I have to live on some reservation in Nevada for them to help me. I even read what it says on their website to her to explain my confusion. She just said sorry, and they only get government grants to help people who have been abused. So needless to say this was a joke. They really need to change the wording on there website. Very deceptive!!!"
