When you have no idea what they are doing it makes you look unprofessional when you try to abuse the costumer for your own incompetence."

They are usually swamped, but quickly get through the line in an efficient manor. It is easy to give companies a one star rating for an isolated experience (which I believe most of the one star reviews are for), but of the hundreds of times I've used them, 99% of the time it has been a pleasant, good experience. More importantly, like I said before, my packages always make it to their destination and that is why I continue to use them and give them a 5-star review."
