"Local carriers in Wichita, KS are incapable of reading an address label. Packages are continually delivered to the wrong street with the same house number. There is no longer an option to report a missing package on the Informed Delivery service and I am having issues getting someone to answer the phone."
"Had a smalll mishap with a delivery and Yvonne was so informative and communicative with our delivery guy and us. The “issue” was solved within a few hours and the package was located. I wish I knew our delivery guy to thank him also."

"The post office has informed delivery. So it showed I'm getting my paycheck today and here it is 448 and no mail. It's caused me to have to pay a late fee on one of my bills, it's caused me not to be able to work this weekend. It should be against the law to not deliver your mail on Saturday.
