"I came here to do the wilderness immersion. The first couple days were nice as we were on site camping, learning, and there was as assistant preparing meals for our group. After that things took a turn as we went backpacking to a remote forest that was way more challenging than advertised. We ended up having to hike in the dark due to a late start to our day, and spent the subsequent days building fires and preparing food and water to drink. What was supposed to be a relaxing time in the woods turned into a survival situation. Eventually our group requested to leave early because we were all having a miserable time. What was odd too was how Karie wasn't good at listening to individual and group needs, considering the experience levels of our group, and overall wasn't prepared for the trip she was taking us on. I can't recommend the wilderness immersion for these reasons, it was unsafe to have her lead us."
