"My experience with 160 trucking academy if I knew the driving yard was gravel and the main instructor had it in for you the very first day second day in the yard talking about writing you up never work with you never tried to work with you if you wasn't a lady you cannot get any help hey what's that on the driver side of the truck and try to help the ladies but if you wasn't a lady you didn't have any help and they treat you different if you working for Amazon or some other big company they would help you but if you had someone like the DCF office helping you they didn't care if you made it or not because I found out Amazon paid twice the amount of money so it's hard to try to learn when you got someone threatening you from day one that you come to the yard to try to learn how to drive and do your maneuvers everyda I was there for 3 weeks and was never late coming back from anything lunch or whatever and you don't get for 10 hours of driving as they say they have poor working material for trucks being up to standard summertime everybody trying to get into one truck that has some air conditioner sometime it didn't even have air conditioner any instructor want to talk to you like your a dog with a tail this was the lead instructor everything you do was not right and was not enough for him always had complaints about every single thing that you do your name parts of the truck he tell you you did not say that when you did there's a lot to be said but on a later day."

Their guidance was paramount in my driving education, and they do their jobs really well. Eric, the branch manager, is with you every step of the way too. "I would recommend just a message I leave with my trainers I don’t think the company gives you enough credit your hard work and dedication to your team as well as your trainees is honestly unmatched it was as if you wanted it for myself and my brother as much as we did and I can’t thank you enough I definitely want to give credit where credit is due your dedication to your job is why one and dones are easy to get . :) —————————————————— The only thing I would say is they definitely need another automatic but once they get one this company is going to see more one and dones Also I wanted to say if you want more of a family environment this is definitely the place for you any concerns or feedback they take it and it’s not like you have to worry about them getting mad or it becoming awkward or aggressive it was like they were willing to learn as well and I appreciate that because we are all human at the end of the day Thanks again 160 the one and done sibling’s are out ✌️"

"I just finished my CDL-A training at 160 Academy and I couldn't be happier. The instructors, Steve, Kenny, and Robert, were all incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure I understood it before moving on. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and I always felt like they had my best interests at heart. The training was very comprehensive and covered everything I needed to know to pass the CDL-A test. We learned about the different parts of the trucks, how to inspect them, and how to drive them safely and efficiently. We also learned about the rules of the road and how to avoid accidents. I now have my CDL Class A, and I couldn't have done it without the help of my instructors. They were always available to answer my questions and help me practice. "I had an amazing learning experience with these guys. All 3 trainers explain the steps to stay safe and succeed! I retained everything that was taught step by step and I was able to pass my state test on my 1st go! Having the three different experienced drivers as trainers is alot of help because they all have been out in the real world and have great advise on what to look out for and how to correct bad habits to make you a better driver. Thanks Steve, Kenny and Robert keep up the good work and we will have some great safe trained drivers on the road! Also the yard environment is very calm and the experience was pleasant. Also the set up to practice skills are spot on what they are looking at while you test. I highly recommend 160 Driving Academy!"
