"To all the other people out there talking trash about the school, I have got to say, they must not really know what they are talking about. all the teachers are great and super enthusiastic about learning. This is a project based school so you get to take what you have learned and see it applied elsewhere. Yes they may e common core but seriously, common core is nation wide, you cant blame one school for something every school must do. And one of the best things about this school is that the teachers DO care for their students and want to do everything they can to help them get through high school in one piece."
"This school is awesome! The lock-in was great. They allow me so much freedom. College courses are optional and everybody is welcoming and friendly. You can go anywhere you want for lunch. The teachers know their subjects. Great place!!!"
"I went to this school for part of 6th grade, all of 7th, and the first quarter of 8th grade. I love that school so much. The teachers are all so kind and willing to work with you and help you to learn how you need. The principal of both the high school and the middle school are both kind and looking out for the students. I wish i could continue to go to this school Bullying happens at every school. That has no bad look on the school, but the students. Every school has an issue with bullying, but This school does their best to end it quickly. If you have a creative child that does better with projects and interactive learning, this is the school for them"
"I go to this school, and it is the only place i feel welcome, in my entire life i have never felt as loved as i have ever had when i walk in the front door. i love it so much and i cant imagine how my life would have turned out without this school"
"I have had so many doors open for me by attending this school. I was able to work at my own pace, started college as a sophomore, and currently have no more college credits for my senior year so I can concentrate on college, and I will be graduating with an Honor's diploma. I've had a long history with this school, I watched the new high school get built, teachers leave, and better teachers fill their shoes. It's not for everyone. I've seen countless students fail because of how they spend their time. The freedom that's given to student's here is a gift and a curse in that sense. It's a school for people who love to rip the world apart and discover what makes it tick, versus being told that it just does. As for bullying, I cannot say I've never seen it happen. But I can say that because of the small size and friendliness of the teachers, any attempt to start a rumor, fight, or misconception is dealt with immediately. The only thing this school fails to excel at, is sports. However, it's completely possible to attend sports elsewhere and modify you're schedule around them."
