"I used this business to mail my golf clubs to an APO (military base) address and after 2 months they never arrived. Problem 1: I asked them to use FEDEX and instead they used USPS, which has no tracking method. Problem 2: When I called to inquire about my package the man who answered the phone told me that there was nothing he could do about it. When I asked if they had a way to confirm that the package was picked up by USPS he told me no. So I told him for all I know my golf clubs could be sitting in his garage and he told me "yup, pretty much your SOL!" Not only did they ship my package through the wrong service, but the man extremely unhelpful and totally insensitive to my situation. I highly recommend not using this company!"
