"When my husband was delivered home they knew he was non weightbearing And the driver brought him in a huge wheel chair which I asked them not to. I asked for a small one.It would not come thru my door. Thank goodness my granddaughter was there to help me transfer him. This man didn't help but turned and left. He also left the wheel chair which I had to hire someone to take back to Monterrey Park in Independence. They were a mess up there too. Would never go back. Poor care."
