"It is most definitely a trucking/freight company... We've used quite a few different freight companies over the years and while we haven't had any real problems with YRC (and before that "YELLOW") it hasn't been so amazing as to be an to point out anything more than that the job got done. Sometimes they have a good price quote sometimes they don't, when they do, they'll get the load, when they don't it'll go elsewhere. Nothing special enough to pay extra for that we've ever experienced."

"Driver was incredibly rude. Refused to let me open my 2,000$ car part to inspect it and said that I can’t open it until I sign for it. Why would I sign for it BEFORE I inspect it. He was just in a hurry and didn’t wanna deal with it. From other reviews I’m assuming it’s the same guy. If I had a choice, I’d never use this company. 0-10 customer service."

"Incredibly rude delivery driver. He was upset there was only one person to meet the truck despite the company asking for someone. Apparently he wanted a crew. The company should have mentioned that when confirming our appointment for delivery. He then preceded to complain the entire time that he shouldn’t have to unload anything. Poor poor poor customer service!"

"At Ms Marion any time you are climbing a hill and drop below any type of posted minimum speed limit if I'm not mistaken I think the law does state you are required to run your emergency flashers aka hazord lights because you have just become a hazard on the highway and also I happen to work for these so called idiots it's not the drivers fault they have our trucks cut back so far we can't pull a slight grade and if you knew anything about trucking you would know it would be in your best interest to CYA on anything so when you are going up that hill at 25mph and you have your 4 ways in and a car or another truck like you runs into the back of someone at least we were trying to warn you as much as possible with our so called idiot drivers using 4 ways .....
