"These people put our items in a storage unit because they were incompetent and were calling the wrong phone number! Spouse went back and looked at og order and it has the correct number on it. Offered to even pick up our order ourselves and was still told no. Cost us 2 days of labor for our crew! How shameful! Be aware"

"Won't be using them again...ever. Driver is rude and refused to sign our digipad to verify the order had been picked up. Apparently him putting his name on a docu-sign pad is how they get you, and we don't know what's happening in the world. They will not be booked again by our company. The lack of professionalism is uncanny. If they have an offload for my company it will be refused on the spot."

"Awesome experience picking up freight at the dock in Wichita yesterday. Patrick helped me get loaded and went well beyond in effort to help when I needed it. He is a great employee that truly cares. It meant alot to me when I needed it!"
