"Walked in unscheduled, happened to catch Rick with a free moment of his time. He immediately was all about helping me as a customer. We shortly were working together looking at different components in my swing setting up my driver to match my swing. Unfortunately I was having an off day, ball striking wasn't on point. I make a 2nd trip to TGW to see Rick and pay for his previous services (do to the register not being set up at my first visit). But he trusted I'd be back to settle up. I walk in family in tow and immediately was like seeing a friend. Took me and my new driver immediately to the simulator and made some club adjustments as I was striking the ball better. Not only is Rick an amazing master fitter, but he is personable, caring, and you can tell he loves his job. Made conversation with my boys and got my driver lined out.
